4. Proptaxadjusters.com Appears to be just a FAQ list…website does not say what they do or what they charge...no office provided.
5. Lessenmytax.com They charge $79, $189, $325, or $425 and refer to appraisals. Per Prop 8, property owners don’t need to pay for an appraisal to file their appeal.
6. rpcfinancial.com The site does not say how much they charge for their services.
7. Cutmypropertytaxes.com They charge $279, $399.98 or $449.97 for their services. Per Prop 8, property owners wanting to file an appeal do not need to use attorneys or appraisers.
8. andralinblue.com They charge $20.00 plus 25% of the property owner’s property tax savings…no office listed on this site.
9. lowermypropertytaxes.com They charge up to $829 to handle the informal appeal and up to $879 to handle the formal appeal and appear to not accept online payments.
10. lowercaliforniapropertytax.com Charge $25 plus 50% of property tax savings. In addition they offer to monitor the property owner’s Prop 8 appeal for $20 per year which is unnecessary as the Prop 8 appeal process automatically triggers an annual reassessment.

25. cwift.com They seem to be appraisers who charge $50 for the data or $200 for an analysis of the data. They do not offer a service in which they complete and file the appeal, nor do they offer to act as the client’s Agent of Service.

31. pcsappeals.com Toll free number goes to voicemail. Appears to be opperating out of a PO Box. Website says that they have been in business since 1993. Website was created 05/18/2008.
32. decreasepropertytaxes.com They charge an initial upfront fee then charge $125 per hearing attended.
